Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-87 effective March 7, 2016, and the Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulations (VAAR). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811219 Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance with a business size standard of $20.5 Million. Due Date: All offers shall be submitted by 4:30PM EST 4/4/2016 to Patricia Beasley at patricia.beasley2@va.gov Facsimile are not authorized under this announcement. DESCRIPTION: The Hampton VA Medical Center (VAMC), located at 100 Emancipation Drive, Hampton, Virginia 23667 has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, parts, supplies, and supervision necessary to perform Pneumatic Tube System Maintenance and Repairs for the Swisslog Pneumatic Tube Delivery System and related components located at the Hampton VA Medical Center. All work shall be completed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The PWS is included as Attachment 1 to this solicitation. Period of Performance is anticipated to be as follows: Base year: May 1, 2016 - April 30, 2017 Option Year 1: May 1, 2017 - April 30, 2018 Option Year 2: May 1, 2018 - April 30, 2019 Option Year 3: May 1, 2019 - April 30, 2020 Option Year 4: May 1, 2020 - April 30, 2021 Full Combined Synopsis Solicitation is attached
