Description
The training shall be conducted at the contractor's facility. Training shall be conducted in a Federal Aviation (FAA) approved training center by FAA approved instructors. To be considered qualified, each contractor must possess an applicable training program approved under FAA Regulation (FAR) Part121, or FAR Part 135, or a training course approved under FAR Part 141, or FAR Part 142. Initial qualification training shall be to the standard that the pilots may receive an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate and a B-757 Type Rating (as applicable). Initial Certification will be accomplished by each pilot in the left seat. The contractor shall provide an FAA examiner (or designee) to administer the ATP-CTP Certificate/B-757 Type Rating check-ride or equivalent end of course check-ride. C-32B (757-200) Initial Pilot Training with AirlineTransport Pilot Certification Training Program (ATP-CTP) Training. (757-200) Initial Pilot Training. The training class will normally consist of 2 pilots per class, with an estimated 2 class required each year. The contractor shall provide a syllabus in contractor format to each student at the beginning of each class identifying the curriculum and the plan that will be used to enable the pilots to obtain an Airline Transport Pilot certificate and B-757 Type Rating. C-32B (757-200) Pilot Refresher Training (4 day) conduct C-32B (757-200) Pilot Refresher classroom and simulator training. The training class will normally consist of 2 pilots per class, with an estimated 8 classes required each year. The contractor shall provide a syllabus in contractor format at the beginning of each class identifying the curriculum and the plan that will be used for the pilots to receive Single Visit Training (SVT) equivalent training. The contractor shall also provide other handouts as deemed appropriate by the contractor for training purposes.
