- In accordance with FAR Clause 52.219-14(c)(1) "Limitations on subcontracting", by submission of an offer and execution of a contract, the offeror/contractor agrees that in performance of the contract in the case of a contract for Services (except construction). At least 50 percent of the cost of contract performance incurred for personnel shall be expended for employees of the concern. Interested vendors must provide capabilities statements detailing how they expect to fulfill the requirements of the contract. Provide capabilities statements to timothy.hull.6@us.af.mil no later than 10:00am CST on 1 April, 2016.
