- IFSAC or Proboard Training and certify the Fire & Emergency Services personnel at US Army Garrison Yongsan. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, personnel, supervision and transportation to training and certify the Fire & Emergency Services personnel at US Army Garrison Yongsan in accordance with this Performance Work Statement. The contractor shall Train and Certify the International Fire Service Accreditation Congress (IFSAC) or ProBoard Driver Operator Pumper Training for twenty five (25) US Army Fire & Emergency Services personnel.
