Description: J&A This requirement is for software maintenance for InfoSol InfoBurst Enterprise and 360View software licenses which DeCA currently owns. The requirement is for a base year and four 1-year option periods. Based on market research, the software publisher, InfoSol is the sole source for obtaining this software maintenance. Therefore, a solicitation will not be posted to FBO. The justification and approval to contract directly with InfoSol is attached.
