Description

PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Anticipated solicitation date is 2 May 2016 A site visit at Fort McCoy, WI is also anticipated mid-May. This is an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) solicitation contemplating a firm fixed priced (FFP) contract for Roads and Grounds Maintenance Services at Fort McCoy, WI. This solicitation / contract anticipates a magnitude between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000 if all option periods are exercised. This solicitation uses North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 561730. The Small Business Size Standard is $7.5 million. The Government may place task orders for up to a one year base period from the effective contract date. The Government has the option to extend the contract for four (4) additional one (1) year periods either near the expiration of the base period (or preceding option period). Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to facilitate Roads and Grounds Maintenance Services to include, but not limited to: Maintenance of Paved Roads, Lots, Runway/Taxiway, Unpaved Roads and Surfaces, and Trails; Culvert, Dam, Bridge Clearing; Culvert and Ditching Maintenance; Snow and Ice Removal; Grass Cutting; Turf Repair and Maintenance; Brush Cutting & Chipping; Barrier Placement; Maintenance of Borrow/Concrete/Rock Crusher/Wood Grinding Sites; and Excavation of Stream Sediment Traps.
