This is a market survey for the brand name or equal acquisition of Wenzlau ISO Mobilizer Assembly P/N: 221217-501. Mobilizer Assemblies are required to move ISO container shelter systems without the need for a crane. These mobilizers allow the FAA to attach them to the ISO container and lift the container to a height acceptable for towing with a properly sized vehicle. Brand name or equal mobilizers need to meet the following salient characteristics: 1.Able to lift 22,500 lbs. 20ft ISO shelter 2.Tires “ off road capable 295/80R22.5 3.Connects to standard 20ft ISO shelter 4.Adjustable ride height 0 to 32 inches 5.Air Ride Suspension. 6.Hydraulic lift. 7.Safety struts. The FAA intends to solicit and negotiate only with those companies who can provide documented evidence of manufacturing this specific item and part number as specified; or an equal item manufactured with the salient conditions specified above. It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price type purchase order will be used to purchase these items. The responses to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only. This is not a screening information request or request for proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred preparing the response to this market survey. Therefore any cost associated with a market survey submission is solely at the interested vendor ™s expense. The purpose of this market survey is to solicit statements of interest and capabilities from all businesses that are interested in and capable of providing the brand name or equal, Wenzlau ISO Mobilizer Assembly P/N: 221217-501. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes and size standards for this effort: NAICSSize Standards 336212500 Employees The Contractor must furnish all labor, tools, parts, software/hardware/firmware, expendable and consumable items, and other technical and administrative support as necessary to provide brand name or equal, Wenzlau ISO Mobilizer Assembly P/N: 221217-501. Interested firms are required to submit the attached Business Declaration form and a copy of their SBA 8(a) certification letter, if applicable. In order to make the determination, the FAA requires the following from interested vendors in accordance with the attached documents herein: 1. Capability Statement “ Documentation that clearly specifies and identifies proof of access to Wenzlau ISO Mobilizer Assembly P/N: 221217-501; or, equal product with stated salient characteristics above. All responses to this market survey must be received by 5:00 p.m. Central (Oklahoma) Time, Tuesday, April 5, 2016.
