Description

Project 568-15-204, Improve Courtyard (GI) Grand Island, NE The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 23, Nebraska-Western Iowa Health Care System Construction Contracting Product Line Team is soliciting for a construction project for the Grand Island CBOC in Nebraska that shall include, but not be limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, transportation and supervision necessary to complete the project description included here. Work includes general construction, mechanical, electrical, alterations, walks, grading, drainage, necessary removal of existing structures and construction and certain other items. The project will improve the existing courtyard. Solicitation Number VA263-16-B-0322 for this effort will be posted to FedBizOpps (www.fedbizopps.gov) on or about April 12, 2016. This solicitation will contain all necessary specifications, drawings and other information necessary to bid this project. An Organized site visit is tentatively scheduled for April 21, 2016 (see solicitation available for specific information.) The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond and Payment Bond within 10 calendar days of award notification. The Period of Performance is 180 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. THIS SOLICITATION IS SET-ASIDE FOR VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES (VOSBs) UNDER PUBLIC LAW 109-461.
