Description

This solicitation will result in a Definite Quantity Contract / Firm Fixed Price. Approved Source: Northrop Grumman Systems, 1W025; P/N 3479W700. This item has an AMC/AMSC of 2 P. This procurement is unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition. This is a Critical ApplicatioB2n Item. Configuration Control applies. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA. Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR) apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation issue date will be 12 April 2016 with a closing date of 11 May 2016.
