Description

SOLICITATION DOCUMENT This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 5.101 requiring the dissemination of information for proposed contract action. This is a request for competitive proposals. The National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC), under the contracting authority of the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) intends to issue a purchase order for an Annual Crane/Hoist Test Inspection located at 4727 Deer Creek Loop, Buildings 4727, 4728 and 717, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005-5001. This announcement is seeking qualified vendors that can meet the requirement. If deemed necessary, a site visit prior to submitting proposals is scheduled for 6 April 2016; attendance can be schedule and submitted via email listed below on or before 4 April 2016. Please include Company Name, Point of Contract (POC), and names of personnel attending (no more than 2 personnel). This notice is a request for competitive proposals. Once the site visit is complete. The Government shall consider all responses received within ten (10) days of this posting. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Written responses to this solicitation shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. The National Ground Intelligence Center will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice.
