Description

The purpose of this amendment is to change the proposal submission date to on or before 12:00 noon EST, April 5th, 2016, post the sign in sheet for the on site pre-proposal walk through and post a revised Section B-M which includes the following changes: Section C was amended to include a specification for a gin pole and well wheel to be attached to the North Side of the monument, a clarification that the stair way is to be on the North Side of the monument, the proximity of the scaffolding shall be 12" from the monument, a clarification that the first platform is approximately 8' from grade, a clarification that footer damage to the grass will not be considered damage that the Contractor shall be responsible for, and the removal of the cordoning off around the monument requirement and the protective sheathing requirement as a responsibility of the Contractor. Section L was amended to change the Technical Evaluation Criteria to require a Schematic Site Plan rather than Engineer Approved Design Plans as a part of the proposal, and a confirmation of ability to provide Engineer Drawings and complete installation on or prior to the specified date of 4/18/2016 if awarded by 4/12/2016. Section M was changed in accordance with the changes in Section L. Attachment #10 was changed to add labeling on the photograph identifying the North and South sides of the monument.
