Description

Simulated Weapons List The 105th Airlift Wing is seeking sources to provide a Turret Simulation System, Low-Fidelity Driver Station and an Engagement Skills Trainer, 5 lane subsystem with system weapons. The Turret Simulation System features three 3m x 2.25m screens configured for a 108 degree field of view projection system. The Turret will be a modified Lenco Turret to recreate vehicle mounted operations. A Low-Fidelity Driver Station will also be provided for the driver/gunner interaction. Training will be provide. Procurement and Install of an Engagement Skills Trainer and associated Simulated Weapons. Engagement Skills Trainer provides realistic marksmanship and combat scenario training. The training has to be consistent with our partner squadron. Included is operator training course and scenario editing course. Purchase and install of the following items will take place at the 105th Airlift Wing located in Newburgh NY. All interested offerors should provide a brief capability statement of available equipment and delivery capabilities. The capability statement should include, as a minimum, contractors business size and socioeconomic status, cage code and DUNS number, and a point of contact with name, title, phone and fax number and email address. Include any published price list. Funds are not currently available for this procurement FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds (APR 1984). The government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this sources sought announcement alone or otherwise pay for the information solicited. This sources sought notice does not obligate the Government. Interested vendors should reply not later than Thursday, 28 April 2016 @ 10am.
