Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office-8, in support of James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, 13000 Bruce B. Downs Boulevard Tampa, FL 33612 to award a competitive contract under Request for Quotation number VA248-16-Q-0783, to provide boiler calibration and inspection service in accordance with performance work statement, This notice is pursuant to FAC Number/Effective Date: 2005-87-1/03-16-2016. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed price contract in accordance with all terms and conditions of solicitation VA248-16-Q-0783. This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) firms IAW FAR 19.1405. Quotes from other than Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Concerns will not be considered. In order to be considered for award quoters must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) data base and complete online Reps and Certs at https://www.sam.gov/. All SDVOSB quoters must be verified by the Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE) in VetBiz at http://www.vetbiz.gov to be eligible for award. The NAICS code assigned to this acquisition is 238220 Plumbing, heating and air conditioner contractors and the small business size standard is $15M. Quoters are responsible for monitoring FedBizOpps www.fedbizopps.gov for the release of any solicitation amendments and all other pertinent information. All responses must be submitted to the following e-mail address: johnny.jones3@va.gov in accordance with the Request For Quotation response date and time of the SF1449 Block 8.
