- Description
- The United States Government and USDA Forest Service are seeking to lease approximately 5709 square feet of warehouse and related office space, with approximately 0.75 acre ware-yard, and 0.75 acre bare land for livestock handling in Driggs, Idaho. The Government intends to procure both facilities under one Lease Contract, or separately under two individual Lease Contracts. The warehouse must yield a minimum of 500 square feet of ANSI/BOMA Office Area (ABOA), and a minimum of 3500 square feet of bay space with 2 electric bay doors not less than 11 feet 6 inches wide by 12 feet high, and a minimum bay depth of 35 feet to accommodate Forest Service equipment. If both facilities are collocated the warehouse requires a minimum of 22 employee parking spaces, and 11 secured/fenced parking spaces for Government vehicles including one ADA compliant space. If the facilities are not collocated the warehouse requires a minimum of 12 employee parking spaces, and 11 secured/fenced parking spaces for Government vehicles including one ADA compliant space, and the ware-yard requires a minimum of 10 employee parking spaces. The total estimated site requirement is 2.2 acres. Sites must be located within the following delineated area: Within 5 miles of the city limits of Driggs, Idaho. Additional special requirements are needed and will be addressed during the on-site survey and in the subsequent Request for Lease Proposals (RLP). All services, supplies, utilities, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The term will be for a maximum of 15 years firm. Space must be available for occupancy no later than October 1, 2016.
