Description
Statement of Work USCG requesting Auxiliary Pump to support C27. Solicitation Number: HSCG23-16-Q-N50158 Notice Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Proposed procurement for the following item: Description of the Requirements Spare Parts requirement for C-27j Aircraft, please see attachment. Manufacturer Information P/N 697096001, CAGE CODE: U7387, GE AVIATION SYSTEMS LTD DIV DOWTY PROPELLERS. The United States Coast Guard wants to go sole source to purchase the above item. The requirement is peculiar to one manufacturer. If your organization can provide pricing, please response to the e-mails listed below with your quote. The above part must be new condition only. Used, reconditioned, overhauled, or remanufactured material is not acceptable. This requirement is to be awarded to a responsible source that has access to original OEM parts and can provide traceability. The United States Coast Guard C-27J program requires spare aircraft parts for the fleet. Only the exact part numbers listed on the solicitation will be accepted. This requirement must be restricted to authorized sources of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or firms who can effectively demonstrate their ability to provide the components and obtain the proprietary data required meeting form, fit, and function of the units. The Coast Guard requires that distributors or other potential sources be ASA-100 certified, or in compliance with other quality systems listed in FAA Advisory Circular 00-56A. These requirements are necessary in order for the Coast Guard to maintain the capability to adequately support all Coast Guard missions. The solicitation is an RFQ and will be available at the link provided in this notice. Specifications, plans, or drawings are not available. All responsible sources may submit a quote which, if timely received, shall be considered. Vendor determination is going to be the one that can provided Lowest Price Technically. FOB Destination Only. Quotes may be submitted electronically to the e-mails provided on this solicitation. Please consult the list of document viewers if you cannot open a file.
