Description

Drawings Specifications Solicitation Western Area Power Administration (Western) has a requirement for a contractor to provide labor, materials, equipment, and other resources to complete this Storage Building and Concrete Pavement project at the Fort Peck Service Center in the Upper Great Plains. The principal components of the work involve miscellaneous site work, providing concrete pavement, designing and providing a 90 feet by 100 feet pre-engineered metal building with concrete foundations and floor, providing gravel surfacing, and miscellaneous electrical work near Fort Peck, Montana. The work is located at the Fort Peck Service Center, which is located about 2 miles northwest of Fort Peck, Mt in Valley County. The estimated construction magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. All work is to be completed within 270 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The NAICS Code for this project is 236210 with a Small Business Size Standard of $36.5 Million. All responsible Small Business concerns may submit a bid which shall be considered by this Agency. This solicitation will be issued on March 28, 2016 and the projected bid opening date is April 28, 2016.
