Description
NOTICE OF INTENT TO USE OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Tampa, FL that will be expiring September 21, 2016. The Government intends to initiate negotiations for a succeeding lease for 17,750 ANSI BOMA Office Area square feet (ABOA) based on economic, mission, and other factors. The Government will consider alternative space only if economic and other factors are supportive. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that can potentially satisfy the Government's requirements, costs likely to be incurred through relocating such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, non-productive agency downtime, occupancy schedule, and quality of space. State: FL City: Tampa Delineated Area: North: Van Dyke Road, continuing to Simmons Road, continuing to Nancy Ave, continuing to Rebecca Road, continuing to Lake Brant, continuing to Lake Brant Drive, continuing to Cypress Lane South: West Waters Avenue East: North Nebraska Avenue, continuing to Florida Avenue West: Sheldon Road Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 17,750 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 17,750 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 100 Parking Spaces (Surface): 100 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 100 Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Additional requirements apply and will be addressed in the RLP.
