- Description
- DCP Vendor Registration Form DCP Announcement Air National Guard (ANG) Domestic Capability Priorities (DCP) Conference: National Guard Bureau (NGB), Air National Guard, Washington, D.C. is hosting the 2016 Domestic Capability Priorities Conference 2 May 2016 - 6 May 2016 in Colorado Springs, CO. This conference was last held in Colorado Springs, CO in June 2016. This conference is for field level experts to identify and prioritize ANG critical domestic capability shortfalls. The results of the conference will be briefed to senior ANG leadership and the identified capability needs will be documented in an ANG DCP Book to be published after the event. Capability needs from the conference that are subsequently verified and validated become candidates for procurement using the ANG's National Guard and Reserve Equipment Account (NGREA) funds. There will be two "industry nights" for vendors to display and discuss their products and capabilities to the conference attendees. Conferees find vendor nights helpful to better understand what capabilities are available. Vendor nights will be Monday and Tuesday (2-3 May 2016) from 1700-2100hrs. Vendors will be restricted to the exhibit floor and will not be provided credentials allowing access into the government breakout sessions. Individual briefing sessions with interested companies and applicable Emergency Support Function breakout sessions will not be allowed in accordance with guidance from the Chief National Guard Bureau. This is NOT a "bidder's conference" and this announcement is not a contract, request for proposal, a promise to contract, or a commitment of any kind. The Government will not assume liability for costs incurred by any vendor for presentations, marketing efforts, or data offered for examination. The cost of preparing information in response to this notice is not considered an allowable direct charge to the Government. The most recent version of the DCP Book can be accessed at: Prospective industry vendors can register for attendance by filling out a registration form and submitting to Conference POC: Mr. Karl Muller, NGB/CFSP, 240-612-9428.
