Description
Draft of Performance Work Statement US Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) is seeking sources able to provide the services for the installation of: • 47 Qty. - 20 Watt HF Man Pack Radio System (RF-5800H-MO036) radios • 30 Qty. - 100 Watt Antenna amplifiers The services are for a Foreign Military Sales case. Sources and ROM estimates are sought for installation of 47 Government-furnished HF radios into various fixed and rotary wing aircraft at a foreign location, using Government-furnished installation kits. Logistic, materiel, and tool support will be provided by the foreign government, as well as personnel accommodations. The effort is projected to be in three stages: a contractor site-survey (to be included in the ROM); an initial install, test, and report on radio installation onto one fixed-wing and one rotary-wing aircraft; and (based on favorable results from the second stage) subsequent installations on remaining aircraft. The contractor must be able to support all technical, operational, safety, interoperability and security testing requirements. The contractor must be able to provide all support in CONUS and OCONUS locations. The contractor company must be ISO 9001-2008 certified. Company must be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Please submit all responses, to include a detailed description of contractor qualifications and experience no later than 14 April, 2016. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT MARKET SURVEY. THERE IS NO SOLICATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. Any information submitted by respondents to this synopsis is strictly voluntary. This market survey does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP) or a request for sealed bids (IFB), nor does it issuance restrict the Government as to its ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will neither award a contract solely on the basis of this notice, nor pay respondents for any information that they submit in response to this Sources Sought request. The united States Army CECOM LCMC is conducting this sources sought market survey to determine potential sources capable of fulfilling a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement.
