- Material Submittals Wage Determination Technical Provisions Drawings Site Map Statement of Work Solicitation 1442 This is solicitation notice/ request for proposal (RFP) for a project involving the demolishing of three hydrant pits, three low point drains, and three high point vents. The contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, tools, labor, transportation, etc. required for this project in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and the provisions/clauses of the subsequent RFP/contract. Work is to be performed on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), Alaska. JBER intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract. The applicable North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 237120, Oil and Gas Pipeline and Related Structures Construction (SBA size standard of $36.5M). Award will be set-aside for an Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Small Business (EDWOSB). Anticipated contract start date is in May 2016 and contract completion by Dec. 2016. The project magnitude is estimated to be between $250,000 and $500,000. The pre-proposal conference is anticipated to be held on Thursday, 31 Mar. 2016, 10:30AM (AKST). Attendees will meet at the 673 CONS Front Entrance of Bldg. 10480 on Sijan Ave, JBER, AK. The RSVP period for this conference has passed. Questions will be accepted until 13 Apr. 2016, 11:00AM and the Government anticipates it will answer contractor questions within a few days. Further questions would only be answered if determined to be in the Government's best interest. Please review the entire solicitation and its files before submitting a question. Proposals shall be due 30 days from the release of this RFP. This RFP is being issued on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis IAW FAR 15. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site for any amendments. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation either before or after the closing date. All prospective contractors must be registered and not have any active exclusions in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for contract award.
