Traffic and Parking Consultant Solicitation This announcement and attached Request for Quote (RFQ) constitutes as the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-87 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement, current to DPN 20160226.
