Statement of Work -- FA8126-16-Q-0141 -- Shop Service Trays Formal Solicitation SF 1449 -- FA8126-16-Q-0141 -- Shop Service Trays The formal solicitation (SF 1449) and its sebsquent files are hereby attached for the following requirement: Thirty (30) Each Shop Service Trays Response date is 12 April 2016 at 2:00PM CST. Please send your proposals to Hiwot Tamirat at hiwot.tamirat@us.af.mil. Please note that the below requirments are met when you submit your proposal: 1. Page 1 of 50 - Put your Company's information (Name and address) and CAGE Code in Block 17a. 2. Page 1 of 50 - Wet sign, put the name and title of the signee, and date signed in Blocks 30a, 30b, and 30c. 3. Pages 3 of 50 - Put the "UNIT PRICE", the extended "AMOUNT" and the "NET AMOUNT." 4. Pages 10 to 24 of 50- Provide the necessay information for FAR Clause 52.212-3. 5. Pages 31 to 35 of 50- Provide the necessay information for FAR Clause 52.225-18. 6.
