- Justification and Approval Performance Work Statement Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE) Training for PEO Aviation Description: PEO Aviation has a requirement to train every PM that is actively fielding equipment to improve the Army's equipment accountability and total asset visibility of fielded equipment through the use of PBUSE. This requirement will train personnel with PBUSE functions and capabilities to manage lateral transfers and ensure property is accounted for. Required Training: 4 Days Training Dates: Training is to be performed 4 -7 April 2016. A second training class shall be required if determined at the same price, location and time/date: TBD.
