Description

The Department Of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 15, Leavenworth, KS, has a requirement to procure Accu-Chek Aviva Plus (Glucose) Test Strips for Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacies (CMOP) nationwide. Product Service Code is 6505 (Drugs and Biologicals); the NAICS code for this solicitation is 325412 (Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing). This is an emergency order; all items shall be delivered before or on 4/7/2016. All responsible open market sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Solicitation VA770-16-Q-0278 shall be posted at www.fbo.gov by 4:30pm Central Standard Time 3/29/2016 and will close no later than 4:00PM CST on 3/31/2016.
