Description

The PCO-EAST (Program Contracting Office) East intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Nikon Instruments, Inc., 1300 Walt Whitman Road, Melville, NY, 11747, to purchase an upgrade of the Ralph H. Johnson VAMC's specialized microscope package, built on the Nikon TiU platform, which is fully compatible with the already-existing core system software package and data analysis tools. It is imperative to purchase the same equipment to maintain consistency and continuity of research in progress.
