Description

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price purchase order to Ultra Electronics - ProLogic for Cryptographic Accounting Records Distribution System (CARDS),support services including modification, operations and maintenance support, program management support and training & testing support. The period of performance is April 4, 2016 through March 31,2017. The CARDS software product is solely produced exclusively by ProLogic and no any other company makes a similar or competing product; therefore ProLogic is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the service. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541511 and the size standard is $27,500,000.00. This Special Notice is published for informational purposes only and is not a request for offers. Per FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii) vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. In accordance with FAR 6.305, 14 days after award DEA will make publicly available the Limited Source Documentation.
