- Vendor Response Form THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT - A SOLICITATION IS NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. This notice is for the purpose of getting a pool of interested vendors available to meet the needs of the U.S. Forest Service - Northwest Area Interagency Support Cache (NWK). Submission in response to this request is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for costs incurred in response to this request for information. The Deschutes National Forest is seeking multiple businesses interested in entering into Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for the supply and delivery of various items stocked by the Northwest Interagency Support Cache (NWK) in Redmond, Oregon for ready delivery to incidents such as large wildfires of other hazardous situations. These items are purchased repeatedly in large quantities, require immediate delivery, and are subject to packaging requirements. i.e. unit of issue, standard packaging and specifications. The items are as follows: 1. Oil Bar and Chain, 1 Gallon container Bar and Chain, 1 Quart container 2-Cycle, 1 Quart container 2-Cycle, 2.6 mix size for 1 gallon of gasoline. 50:1 mix ratio (a) Cycle Oil Specifications: American Petroleum Institute (API) "TC" 2 Cycle oil, with "low ash" content Note: TC-W3 and unimix products are not acceptable as an alternative and will not be accepted. North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) - 324191 Petroleum Lubricating Oil and Grease Manufacturing and the small business size standard for this industry is 500 employees. 2. Batteries Double (AA) batteries, Alkaline, 24 batteries/pkg 7.5 V, Alkaline, Repeater, NEDA/ANSI 903AC North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) - 335912 Primary Battery Manufacturing and the small business size standard for this industry is 1,000 employees. 3. Foam Phoschek, Class A, 5 Gallon pail, 48 per pallet Silvex, Class A, 5 Gallon pail, 32 per pallet North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) - 325998 All Other Miscellaneous Chemical Product and Preparation Manufacturing and the small business size standard for this industry is 500 employees. Note: 1. Business need not supply all items to be considered. They may deal in only category. 2. It is also required that all suppliers have completed the Representations and Certifications within their SAM record.
