Description

1st Notice of J&A Intent posted on FedBizOpps on March 28, 2016 which dropped from the FedBizOpps System. J&A Sole Source Revised Salient Characeristics This is a notice of intent. A written solicitation wil be issued. The Army Contracting Commans (ACC), Aberdeen Proving Ground, Huachuca Division intends to solicit and negotiate with xG Technology, Inc. on a basic Other then Full and Open Competition under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), Other than Full and Open Competition, as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies and Services Will Satisfy Agency requirements. This is notice of intent. This is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen days after dated of publication of this Notice of Intent. The contract will be awared on a sole source firm-fixed price basis to xG Technology, Inc., Cage Cide: 627W2 for the procurement of the following items.
