Description

The FAA William J. Hughes Technical Center at the Atlantic City International Airport, NJ has a requirement for a quantity of 1,925 “ Moxa Technologies, Inc. 16-Port Device Servers, Part Number NPort 5650-16, BRAND NAME OR EQUAL. Specifications are attached. Items will be shipped to the following address: Federal Aviation Administration F&E Serviceable Stock 3601 Thomas Rd. Oklahoma City, OK 73179 Delivery Requirements: 1) Delivery must be coordinated with FDIO at least two days BEFORE anticipated delivery, contact information to be included in purchase order. If providing an equal product, please submit the specifications for the equivalent product with the quote. Only equivalent specifications will be considered for award, please refer to the specifications attached to this announcement. This procurement is set-aside for competition amongst small businesses and will follow the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable process. The resulting contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 423430, Computer and Computer Peripheral Equipment and Software with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred for preparing responses to this announcement. Therefore, any costs associated with a response to this Request for Offer are solely at the interested vendor ™s expense. All potential vendors must be registered in the SAM Registry website (www.sam.gov) for consideration of this award. Vendors must complete the attached Business Declaration Form and return with quote submittal. Responses to this request are due via email to stephanie.linck@faa.gov by 4PM (EST) on Tuesday, April 5, 2016. Late proposals will not be considered. All questions must be emailed to stephanie.linck@faa.gov by 1PM (EST) on Friday, April 1, 2016.
