Description

The purpose and intent of this solicitation is to secure Janitorial Services at the High Cascades Ranger District, Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forest. The Butte Falls Office is located at 720 Laurel Street, Butte Falls, Oregon and the Prospect Office is located at 47201 Highway 62, Prospect, OR. Services will require the contractor to furnish all labor, supplies (except those that are government-furnished), materials, equipment, supervision, transportation and incidentals to perform the required work in accordance with the specifications. The contract performance period is estimated to be May 1, 2016 through April 30, 2017. This project is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The NAICS code is 561720 and the small business size standard is 18 Million. Solicitation will be available for download from FedBizOpps website at http://www.fbo.gov on or about April 12, 2016. Note: prospective awardee shall be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) data base prior to award. Information on registration may be obtained via the internet at: http://www.sam.gov. All contractors and vendors must complete the electronic version of the Representations and Certifications in the SAM system.
