- Agenda from Meeting held Monday March 28, 2016 SF-30 (form) Amendment of Solicitation The purpose of this amendment is to post the Agenda from the pre-quote conference call held Monday March 28, 2016. All Technical questions regarding this solicitation must be received by Thursday, March 21, 2016 at 2:00pm MDT to allow adequate time to prepare and issue a response. All questions must be submitted in writing to mburgio@usbr.ogv. Answers will be provided in writing via an amendment posted to FedBizOpps and FedConnect. The link to FedConnect is: https://www.fedconnect.net/ The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, Upper Colorado Region, has a requirement for a Deep-Well Drilling Appraisal Study of potential injection well sites in the Paradox Valley Unit (PVU) area, Colorado. This study will consist of conducting an appraisal-level analysis of up to 10 potential injection well sites, describing the potential drawbacks and benefits of each site. The results of this appraisal-level analysis are intended to be used by Reclamation only for planning and decision making. A Performance Work Statement will be included in the solicitation, with an anticipated period of performance of 90 days from date of award. A pre-quote conference call will be held. The date, time, and conference call number will be provided in the solicitation. COMPETITION: Solicitation R16PS00528 is total small business set-aside resulting in a firm fixed price purchase order. The requirement shall be procured in accordance with Parts 12 and 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a Request for Quote. The Government reserves the right to award with or without discussions. The complete specifications will be defined in the solicitation documents. NAICS AND SIZE STANDARD: The NAICS code for this procurement is 541690 with a small business size standard of $15.0 million. The solicitation documents for this procurement will be accessible from the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website, www.fbo.gov and FedConnect, www.fedconnect.net. It is, and will continue to be, all potential offeror's responsibility to monitor the FBO and FedConnect websites for any amendments, updates, responses to questions and answers, etc. as the Government will not be providing any other methods of information dissemination.
