Description

The purpose of this posting is because a Synopsis is required for this procurement. This contract is for the purchase of 101 subscriptions annually to CyberFeds, a sole source product of LRP Publications. This is an Annual renewal and is required for continued access/use of the CyberFeds Subscription which is an essential tool to the day to day actions of DLA Human resource employees. The Cyberfeds subscription allows J-1 employees to access an on-line library of human resource guidance and regulations necessary to perform their job functions. The subscription tool is necessary to comply with current changes in the following areas: Classification and Staffing, EEO, Employee and Labor relations, Pay and Benefits and Worker's Comp Case law and arbitration awards, other regulations that make up HR program rules The requested item is a sole source requirement to LRP Publications and the only product on the market currently that can provide the exact functionality necessary for DLA Human Resource use. No other vendor or manufacturer can access, manipulate or provide the requested CyberFeds annual subscription. This request is follow on maintenance for FY15 Contract SP470115M0053 which expired March 24, 2016. The Period of Performance for this contract is one base year and two option years. This is expected to be awarded on April 1 st, 2016.
