- SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY: The Mission Installation Contracting Command Center (MICCC) - Fort Bragg is conducting market research to determine interested small businesses capable of providing supplies for four (4) areas of emphasis in a Blank Purchase Agreement Program for the Directorate of Public Works located at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The four emphasis areas each have their own NAICS code and small businesses interested do not have to have capabilities in all areas in order to reply. Emphasis Area 1 (HVAC Supplies): NAICS code is 333415 - Air-Conditioning and Warm Air Heating Equipment and Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturing. Emphasis Area 2 (Electric Supplies): NAICS code is 335999 - All Other Miscellaneous Electrical Equipment and Component Manufacturing. Emphasis Area 3 (Plumbing Supplies): NAICS code is 332913 - Plumbing Fixture Fitting and Trim Manufacturing. Plumbing Fixture Fitting and Trim Manufacturing. Emphasis Area 4 (Specialty Tool Supplies): NAICS code is 333517 - Machine Tool Manufacturing. For more information see DRAFT SOW. This IS NOT a Request for Proposals, but instead a market research method to determine interested sources prior to issuing the solicitation. Anticipated period of performance is a 12 month base and four (4) one year option periods. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain an indication of interest of all businesses, determine any interest from the small business community, and obtain voluntary limited capability information of those interested sources. A determination by the Government on the method of competing this requirement has not been made. Based upon information currently available, the Government anticipates fulfilling this requirement through a small business set-aside. The Government will not award a contract based on this Sources Sought Notice, the information received, nor reimburse participants for information they provide. Information provided is strictly voluntary. This IS NOT a request for technical/management proposals. If you are an interested source and capable of meeting one area or the entire requirement without failure please provide the following voluntary information: 1) Company name and Point of Contact; 2) DUNS number and CAGE code; 3) Socioeconomic Status (to include 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOB, etc.), if applicable; 4) Security Clearance Level; 5) GSA Schedule Contract Holder Information, to include contract number, if applicable; and 6) A brief Statement of Capability (no more than five (5) pages); which demonstrates the ability to meet the requirements specified in the PWS, and includes any Past Performance information on Government contracts of similar size and scope. Information provided will not be used as a part of any subsequent solicitation requirement. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. No feedback will be provided regarding individual capabilities statements. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement and/or any follow-up information requests.
