Description

This is a Sources Sought notice to determine the availability of potential small business sources for a tentative requirement to develop and execute Nuclear Weapons Accident/Incident (NWAI) response plans and procedures. Contractor support shall assist in developing, refining, exercising, and executing standardized NWAI response procedures for all phases of a NWAI from pre-incident, through response and to recovery. The purpose of this project is to provide Response Task Force (RTF) Planner Support services. Additional detailed information is provided on the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). As part of its market research, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ) is issuing this Sources Sought notice to determine if there exists an adequate number of qualified interested small business contractors capable of fulfilling this requirement as further described in the Draft PWS.
