- This is a market survey to locate potential sources to provide technical and analytical services for the RT-1808A, C-12601 Remote Indicator, AM-7565 RF Amplifier, and AM-7566 Pre-Amplifier components of the ARC-231 radio system. The AN/ARC-231 radio system provides two-way, multi-mode voice and data communications over a 30 to 512 MHz frequency range. AN/ARC-231 is capable of using line-of-sight (LOS) ultra high-frequency (UHF) and very high-frequency (VHF) bands with AM, FM, SATCOM, and Integrated Waveform capabilities. The contract requirements include technical diagnostics, electrical hardware repair, software debugging, software loading to microchips, and any engineering support tasks that are needed to handle any issues that arise. This market survey does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government. Technical documentation is not available from the Army. Suppliers capable of furnishing these services must so indicate in writing to PM-AME Field Office, ATTN: SFAE-AV-AS-AME (Frederick), 6007 Combat Drive, F3-140-125, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005. The responses must include documentation such as drawings, test results, and other technical information demonstrating that the supplier can provide the required hardware, software and services.
