- Attachment 6 Attachment 5 Attachment 4 Questions and Answers 30 March 2016 Eielson AFB, Alaska has a requirement for a 1/5th scale model of the Air Force F-35 Lightning II fighter jet. The contractor shall provide the following at a minimum, to include shipping to Eielson AFB, Alaska: QTY: 1 EA; 1/5th scale, gray, model F-35 Lightning II with AK Tail Flash, and all applicable graphics/decals QTY: 2 EA; Mount/Stick with Contrails (or equal) QTY: 2 EA; Mounting Plate (or equal) This acquisition is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 326150, with a small business size standard of 500 Employees. The Government intends to award one Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The solicitation is being issued electronically. It will be available only via the Federal Business Opportunities web site (www.fedbizopps.gov). The Government anticipates posting the solicitation for this requirement by close of business (COB) on or about 4 March, 2016. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package, as no paper copies will be furnished. Potential offerors should register at www.fedbizopps.gov in order to receive notification and/or changes to the solicitation. All Offerors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Offerors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov.
