- Description
- Synopsis This solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Consulate General of the United States in Guayaquil, Ecuador, will launch the solicitation on Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website. This solicitation is for the Janitorial Services for the Consulate General Compound. The resulting contract will be a firm-fixed price contract, for one base year with four one-year options. This solicitation will be issued via the FedBizOpps - no paper copies will be mailed. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered, but electronic submissions will not be accepted. The Government plans to issue the solicitation on April 2016. The proposal due date will be set forth in the solicitation. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor and registered in SAM (System for Award Management) http://www.sam.gov. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.
