- APPENDIX 3 PROJECT EXPERIENCE FORM APPENDIX 2 Personnel_Resume_Form APPENDIX 1 NAVFAC USACE PPQ Form EXHIBIT 1 PRICING TEMPLATE RFP # W912DY-16-R-0016 CONTRACTING SUPPORT This is an 8(a) competitive acquisition for the award of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract with firm-fixed price (FFP) task orders. Award will be made to the best offeror's proposal, which is determined to be the best value to the Government. ALL offerors must provide a Small Business Administration 8(a) Certification verification statement with their submission. The intent of this project is to provide non-personal services for contracting and administrative support to the USACE Huntsville Engineering and Support Center (CEHNC). The contractor shall be responsible for all supervisory duties and will provide the deliverables as stated in each individual task order. The services will be acquired using the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541611, Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services. The corresponding small business size standard is $15.0 million. The objective of this solicitation is to provide CEHNC with the necessary contract vehicle to continue providing responsive, agile and innovative contracting support to numerous DoD and federal agencies. The services to be provided will include contract administrative support in the preparation, administration, and closeout of contract actions, to include assistance in contract administration matters, draft requests for proposals, draft contract and modification documents as may be required to meet specific regulations, preparing correspondence, recording and finalizing meeting notes, preparing files for use by the government in support of disputes or litigation; and preparing briefings for use by Government representatives. This IDIQ contract will support numerous programs within CEHNC, therefore the customer will be assigned with each individual task order.
