Description

This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Roll-Off Containers/Dumpster Service for the Birmingham VA Medical Center. See attached solicitation document for details of this requirement. This is a RFQ for Roll-Off Containers/Dumpster Service for Birmingham VA Medical Center. This RFQ is restricted to small business offerors in accordance with FAR 6.203(a). The Government reserves the right to award a single contract for each site on an all, or none basis. The Government intends to make award to the eligible, responsible offeror(s) whose offer(s) is the most advantageous to the Government considering price, technical factors and past performance factors. Offerors shall bid on all items as partial bids are unacceptable. Offerors must include the following information in the quote submission: 1. Contractor point of contact including address, phone number, fax number and email address. 2. Contractor CAGE number and DUNS number. 3. Minimum and maximum ordering limitations, if applicable. 4. Prices per line item or service. 5. Quantity price breaks. 6. All questions should be submitted in writing. EVALUATION FACTORS Lowest price technically acceptable process is appropriate for this award as the best value is expected to result from selection of the technically acceptable proposals that meet or exceed the acceptability standards for non-cost standards with the lowest evaluated price. Preference shall be given to small business offerors in accordance with FAR 6.203(a) in that when a large business and a small business have essentially the same bottom-line price, preference will be given to the small business.
