- Performance Work Statement Please use the attached bid schedule to submit your price quotes. The contractor will furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services and materials, except as specified herein as government-furnished, for the preparation of personal property of Department of Defense (DOD) personnel for shipment and/or storage and related services through the DPM. Work to be performed will be those services in the Schedules awarded to the contractor as outlined in individual Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) items. Tasks by type of move are reflected in Table 1. Task/Type of Move Matrix, showing which tasks normally apply to each type of move. Specific requirements for each task are described below. If specific instructions or requirements are not provided, commercial standards of services and best business practices are acceptable. All questions are to be submitted in writing to the contracting office joyce.m.frost6.civ@mail.mil with subject line Re: Solicitation W9124Q-16-R-0105 no later than April 22nd 2016. Questions submitted after that date will not be answered. Answers will be posted to this site no later then April 27th 2016. Complete proposal packages must be submitted no later than 12:00PM April 29th, 2016. Incomplete or late packages can be rejected at the discretion of the Contracting Officer. Pricing must be submitted on the attached Bid Schedule no other format will be accepted.
