03/30/2016: NOTICE proposal due date has been extended to April 29th. A site visit has been scheduled for April 13th to explore changes to statement of work. Questions will be due April 22nd. A formal Amendment will be posted soon. 3/2/16: Site Visit Update Attendance strongly suggested. RSVP required to attend. B006. Site Visit. There is a site visit on March 15th, 2016 at 08:00 AM Local Time attendance is strongly encouraged especially if you have not been to the site previously. Proposed materials will be demonstrated and specific security concerns may be presented. The FAA urges and expects offerors to inspect the site where the work will be performed. See Part IV Section L 3.2.2.3-63 Site Visit (Construction) (July 2004). a.Meeting point. The FAA assumes no responsibility for any conclusions or interpretations made by the contractor based on the information received by any means other than in writing from the Contracting Officer. This project will require the services of an ACM Certified Construction contractor with established sealant experience. The purpose of this Market Survey is to discover firms which consider themselves both qualified and interested in this project. A Statement of Work describing the project is attached. Any firm that considers themselves qualified and interested in this project is requested to reply to this Market Survey. In response please include at a minimum: Company Name, Address, Primary Contact, DUNS Number, business size declaration (i.e. Small Economically Disadvantaged Business 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Small Business, Large Business “ fill out attached Business Declaration Form), and example reference(s) of similar work. Excessively elaborate presentations are neither required nor desired.
