- 03/30/2016: The purpose of this modification is to answer questions regarding the Statement of work, post the wage determination. The final RFO will be posted tomorrow Thursday March 31. Please notify the Contracting officer immediately if you will not be able to provide a proposal before the Deadline April 04, 2016 See below. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED. PROPOSALS ARE DUE APRIL 4th 2016 at 3PM PST 3/10/2016: RFO and Drawings uploaded. 3/02/2016 SITE VISIT UPDATE: All visitors MUST RSVP by March 14 at 10AM CST. B006. Site Visit. There is a site visit on March 16th, 2016 at 02:30 PM Local Time attendance is strongly encouraged especially if you have not been to the site previously. Proposed materials will be demonstrated and specific security concerns may be presented. The FAA urges and expects offerors to inspect the site where the work will be performed. See Part IV Section L 3.2.2.3-63 Site Visit (Construction) (July 2004). a.Meeting point at Peterson air Force Base. 460 Kincheloe Loop Peterson AFB, CO 80914 b.The FAA facility escort has been instructed not to answer any questions about the project during the site visit, please do not ask them any. All questions from the site visit must be submitted in writing according to the RFO ™s instructions in Section B, Clause B005 Solicitation Questions (above). The FAA assumes no responsibility for any conclusions or interpretations made by the contractor based on the information received by any means other than in writing from the Contracting Officer. The FAA does not assume responsibility for any understanding reached or representation made concerning conditions, which can affect the work, by any of its officers or agents before the execution of this contract, unless that understanding or representation is expressly stated in the contract. c. To attend the site visit, advance notice by e-mail is required by March 14, 2016, at 10:00 AM CENTRAL Time to the FAA points of contact listed just below. You are required to provide all of your company representatives' names for admittance to the base. This project will require the services of an Certified HVAC contractor with established experience. The purpose of this Market Survey is to discover firms which consider themselves both qualified and interested in this project. A Statement of Work describing the project is attached. Any firm that considers themselves qualified and interested in this project is requested to reply to this Market Survey. In response please include at a minimum: Company Name, Address, Primary Contact, DUNS Number, business size declaration (i.e. Small Economically Disadvantaged Business 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Small Business, Large Business “ fill out attached Business Declaration Form), and example reference(s) of similar work. Excessively elaborate presentations are neither required nor desired.
