- 17th Contracting Squadron (CONS), Bldg. 707, 210 Scherz Blvd, Goodfellow AFB TX 76908-4705 is issuing a solicitation for Bus Transportation services. Contractor shall furnish all supervision, personnel, and equipment necessary to perform the bus transportation in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor will be required to pick up High School students from El Paso TX (Pebble Hill HS), Plainview TX (Plainview HS), and Amarillo TX (Tascosa HS); and drop them off at Angelo State University (ASU), San Angelo TX. The acquisition is a 100% small business set aside IAW FAR 19.5. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 485510 and the small business size standard is $15 million. Performance period will be 8 Apr 16 – 9 Apr 16 for two buses and 8 Apr 16 – 10 Apr 16 for one bus. The government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price purchase order to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and is most advantageous to the government. All responsible contractors may submit a quotation and will be considered by 17 CONS. Contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 in order to receive the award. SAM information can be obtained at http://www.sam.gov/portal or calling (866) 606-8220. Interested parties should subscribe to receive procurement announcements related to this solicitation by entering FedBizOpps website at http://www.fedbizopss.gov/ and clicking on Vendor Notification Service Area to register. The government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation either before or after the solicitation closing date. All requests for clarification relating to this RFQ must be brought to the attention of the contracting specialist, SrA Cabuang.
