- SF 1449 The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Procurement Operations (OPO), Federal Protective Service (FPS) is issuing this competitive request for proposals (RFP) to solicit offers for the purpose of awarding a single IDIQ contract to provide medical, psychological, and drug testing services for NPPD/FPS employees. This requirement is being solicited as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12. The possible period of performance is up to 66 months, consisting of one (1) 12-month base year, four (4) 12-month options and one (1) possible extension of up to 6-months, under 52.217-8.
