- Project Description Template RFQ F16SOL10023 The Smithsonian Institution has need of Construction Management as Constructor Services for a comprehensive revitalization of the National Air & Space Museum's Mall Building, as set forth in the RFQ linked herein. This Request for Qualifications is Phase 1 of a two-step solicitation, and will pre-qualify offerors for participation in Phase 2. Phase 2 of this procurement will be an RFP numbered F16SOL10024, tentatively planned for release in July 2016 with 35% design documents and design continuation narrative. The contract award resulting from Phase 2 is anticipated in Fall/Winter 2016.
