INSTRUCTIONS: 1) Replace & use RFP Conformed Copy, Section B, 29 Mar 16; reflective of all Amendments. 2) Ensure acknowledgement of all SF30 Amendments. 3) If proposal has been shipped, Offeror, may submit replacement volumes. Replacement volumes must be submitted in their entirety. No replacement pages will be accepted. 4) Non-conformance with the above instructions may result in an offer being ineligible for award.
