- The Medium Altitude Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS Division (AFLCM/WIIK intends to award an order on a sole source basis to Raytheon - McKinney for MTS-B HD/TLA DAS-4 Operational Test Support effort for Predator/Reaper program. This notice is not a request for competitive proposal. The proposed contract will include support for the test and evaluation of the Multi-Spectral Targeting System (MTS) High Definition/Target Location Accuracy (HD/TLA) AN/DAS-4 and AN/DAS-1A systems. Raytheon Space and Airborne System - McKinney has been identified as the only firm that possesses the necessary, knowledge, experience, and technical data required to perform this effort. The Government does not own full data rights to the system; therefore to avoid duplication cost, the Government intends to award the effort pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.301-1. Tasks include, but are not limited to program management, data management, software updates, engineering support, deficiency correction, documentation updates and repair/maintenance for two (2) HD/TLA AN/DAS-4 systems. Please indicate number of employees relative to the size standard of 1,250 for determination of small business status.
