- Questions and Answers: 1. We will be proposing a satellite/cell hybrid solution - is coverage expected/required in Alaska? Extreme northern latitudes can limit functionality. Yes- Alaska is required. 2. The RFI references "Outside Contiguous United States - can we assume this means the sixteen US territories or is this a global requirement. This means the US territories too. 3. What is the approximate anticipated quantity of required tracking units? This is to be determined.
