- Site Visit information and other clarifications. Includes the solicitation, performance work statement, and wage determination. See instructions to offerors in regards to submitting proposals. Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) - Lacklandhas a requirement for non-personal laundry and dry cleaining services. The specifications can be found in the Performance Work Statement. The contractor shall perform to the defined industry and quality standards. The period of performance will be one base year, 1 July 2016 through 30 June 2017, with (4) four one-year options.
