The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 6, on behalf of VA Medical Center, Richmond, Virginia is conducting market research through this Source Sought Notice seeking sources for the maintenance and repair service for Spectrum Dynamics Gamma Camera, D-SPECT at the medical center in Richmond, VA from date of Award through September 30, 2016. Four (4) Option Years are expected be offered. The equipment covered under this service agreement is listed in the table below and is to include any components of the parent system. The partnership is to provide technical support, both telephone and onsite visits, from the hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. The response time for telephone is 1 hour and for onsite is 8 hours. The uptime guarantee is 98%. Two (2) preventive maintenance service calls will be included.
